The Bluebird Cafe in Canonmills offers Tennessee inspired dining with locally sourced Scottish produce. Their delicious Tennessee Buttermilk Pancakes are a must try. With a variety of toppings, including maple, maple and bacon, blueberry and fruit, bacon and poached eggs or bbq pork fried egg pancakes, deciding can be tricky.

The City Cafe's belly busting all-day breakfast menu is full of indulgent choices and their vanilla infused pancakes don't disappoint. Served with maple syrup and your choice of either fresh berries or Nutella, the City Café are deservedly proud of their towering pancake stacks.
