Rico’s Ristorante

Rico’S Ristorante

With a with focus on top quality and authentic Italian dishes made with the finest, locally-sourced Scottish ingredients, including fresh pasta made onsite daily, Rico’s Ristorante opened in July 2021 and has been wowing guests with their mouth-watering dishes.

Available from 27 November to 23 December, Rico’s is serving up an Italian Festive Feast this Christmas. Priced at £45 for three courses, or £55 for four, it’s is the perfect menu to indulge in while catching up with friends and family over the festive period.

Choose from antipasti including Peelham Farm organic bresaola, sea bream crudo, or a simply seasonal celeriac soup with tortellini and autumn black truffle. ‘Secondi’ courses include porchetta with hazelnut, Shetland cod, baked Romanesco with black trumpet mushroom or braised beef cheek in Barolo wine. To finish, choose from salted caramel tart with fior di latte gelato, a classic tiramisu or cheese selection from I.J. Mellis.

Superico Restaurant

Superico Festive Fiesta

From December until Hogmanay, Superico Restaurant is putting a Latin twist on its festive dining experience with their new lunch and dinner Christmas Fiesta sharing menu, inspired by South American cuisine.

Designed for larger groups of six or more, dishes include Superico’s infamous sashimi seabream, rabbit, flat iron steak with mojo rojo and chimichurri, adobo glazed spatchcock chicken, as well as festive-favourite sides of crispy serrano ham sprouts with and agave roasted vegetables. Latin-style desserts include crema catalana with mango, passionfruit and guava.

The Christmas Fiesta lunchtime sharing menu starts from £30 per person and the dinner menu starts from £45 per person. Advanced booking is required.

The Scotsman Hotel
