Edinburgh Rugby have been sharing Workout Bingo cards, instructional at-home fitness videos and some tasty recipes all as part of their Stay Fit with Edinburgh series.
Edinburgh Leisure have created 5 simple ways to keep fit during lockdown including online fitness classes, makeshift gym equipment and creating the perfect workout space.
Edinburgh Community Yoga
Edinburgh Community Yoga are running streamed online classes inlcuding Teen Yoga, Monday - Friday.
Meadowlark Yoga are sharing practice from their homes and occasionally from the studio, Monday - Sunday. Must pre-book at least two hours before the class starts.
Not-for-profit gym & wellness centre , Projekt 42, are running a series of free and paid online classes, which are streamed over Zoom. Bookings can be made via the Glofox app (select Projekt 42 as your facility) or via their web portal. A zoom link will be sent via mobile notification 45 minutes beore each session.
If you prefer the great outdoors, please remember that you are allowed one form of outdoor exercise a day either alone or with people you live with only. You should not drive to get to the place you are planning to exercise. Please observe recommended social distancing measures.
