I have loads for memories about living in Edinburgh. Mainly the open spaces and that everything was within walking distance.
I think Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat is one of my best places. Going up the mountain and viewing the whole city from the top is breathtaking.
I am very proud of being an alumnus of the University of Edinburgh. Graduating from such a prestigious university opened the door for many opportunities and people are always in awe when I say I studied there.
I believe my study in the UK helped me achieve many things like:
A better understanding the deep-rooted educational system and its practices.
Exchange opportunities with other institutions across the world. I visited an Indian University as part of a research journey.
I liked the fact that the University was immersed in the city. It meant there was interaction with the local community and I felt not only part of the University but also part of Edinburgh.
