Cambo Snowdrop Festival
Cambo Estate in Kingsbarns is world famous for snowdrops and home to the Plant Heritage national collection.
Thanks to Lady Magdalen Erskine, an avid gardener who encouraged the proliferation of the snowdrops in the 1930’s, there are now over 350 different varieties of Snowdrops in Cambo woodlands. Lots of events and activities are taking place to celebrate the arrival of the snowdrops, including an Imbolc Fire Party, exhibitions, tours, crafts, workshops and talks.
