The Men's 10K

The Men’s 10K returns to Edinburgh on Sunday 4th November just ahead of International Men’s Day.

Untitled Design 58

Starting at 10am on the Royal Mile, this stunning city centre 10k passes by many of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks including the Scott Monument, Holyrood Palace and Dynamic Earth before heading back through the Grassmarket and onto a grandstand finish at Murrayfield Stadium.

The Men’s 10K is not about hammering a 10K in the quickest possible time; the event aims to be a catalyst for thousands of guys in Edinburgh and beyond, to lace up their trainers and make a positive difference to their lives.

Whether you’re running for a personal challenge, to lose weight or quit smoking, or for a cause close to your heart - by simply getting out there, you’ve already won!

The event was founded by the Men’s Health Forum Scotland as a focal point for raising awareness of men’s health issues. The ultimate aim of the Men’s 10K is to be a catalyst for addressing a variety of physical and mental health issues and to inspire men to become a fitter, healthier version of themselves.
