From 18 February to 31 March 2026, five bars across the capital are teaming up with tequila brand, El Jimador, to celebrate the iconic margarita cocktail and National Margarita Day on 22 February.
Margarita lovers can get their hands on an official Margarita Mile map at any participating venue and follow the one-mile self-guided trail around the city’s New Town. They’ll also be menus of tasty dishes and a chance to win prizes once completed.
The Margarita Mile can be completed in any order in one single day or over the six-week period. The Basement on Broughton Street; The Boozy Cow on Frederick; Badger & Co on Castle Street; Copper Blossom on George Street; and The Huxley on Rutland Street are the participating venues pouring their passion into this new event.
