With a host of awards to their name, L’escargot bleu’s bistro-style menu is all about French classics with the best Scottish seasonal ingredients.

Aiming to be as sustainable as possible, its vegetables, herbs, salads and flowers are grown in their own garden on the outskirts of the city.
