The Drinkmonger Spirits Fair offers a selection of the best producers from across the world of spirits, encouraging enthusiasts to try something different and discover some new favourites.
Explore a world of over 150 spirits across diverse categories, including agave, brandy, gin, liqueurs, vermouth, rum and whisky. Try something new, discover future favourites, and pick up inspiration for easy serves and cocktails you can make at home.
Back by popular demand, the live cocktail demonstrations with expert bartenders will be in full swing to help you master new skills and techniques.
The festival takes place at Mansfield Traquair on both 14 and 15 March 2026. Known as Edinburgh’s ‘Sistine Chapel’, this former church is now a multi-purpose events space. Lothian Buses services 8, 9 and 11 run regularly to the area.
