The new home of Cold Town Beer! Extending over 3 floors, you can enjoy a different offering and atmosphere on each. this is a popular rugby pub.
On the ground floor there is the Brewhouse, there’s always a party brewing here, with a regular line up of live entertainment including sport, music, comedy and cabaret.
On the first floor you can enjoy the Pizza & Prosecco Bar where you can watch artisan Neapolitan pizzas being assembled, before being stone fired in the custom built oven. Floor to ceiling windows give you a front row seat to the Cold Town Beer brewing process and all of its sights, sounds and scents as you watch master brewers honing their craft.
Finally there is the popular roof top terrace which offers the best views of Edinburgh Castle. Grab a fluffy blanket, a Gondola seat and order your drams from a vintage Nissan van while you take in the stunning views. The rooftop bar is the jewel in the crown and a must-visit spot on the Grassmarket.
