Having been drawn in by the promise of a free sample by our paddle punter, you will enter possibly the best smelling shop on the Royal Mile. With a delicious mix of caramel, chocolate and vanilla in the air, the sample offered will taste as good as its aroma suggests, and will leave you wanting more!
During your Fudge Kitchen journey, it is possible to observe the Fudge Smith in action: be it the boiling of the fudge in our curious copper cauldron, the thrilling hiss of the heated fudge hitting the immense marble slab, or indeed the tempering, loafing and shaping that completes the process and provides us with our famous 10kg baguette of pure, smooth and creamy fudge, from which you can sample warm!
With a wide selection of perfected flavours, we will treat you to the best fudge you've ever had, and with the addition of a memorable front row demonstration and samples and smells to die for, the Fudge Kitchen is the place to be!
