For an immersive experience, visitors can join the Edinburgh Brewery Tour and Beer Tasting tour at Pilot's Leith location. On Saturdays, the brewery opens its doors, offering guests a chance to walk the brewery floor and learn about the beers. Afterward, guests can sit down and embark on a flavour adventure, tasting their way through the core range and special editions.

Pilot is committed to sustainability. In fact, they were the first brewery in Scotland to stop using Isinglass finings in 2014, which are derived from endangered fish species. By doing so, they create a beer that is suitable for vegans and helps protect the marine life. They also prioritize sourcing their base malt from Scotland, minimizing their carbon footprint.
