Our menus are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce. The menus feature a range of dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences.
Located on the third floor of Tynecastle Park and with views of the Edinburgh skyline, we’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available.
Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike. The Skyline Restaurant was named in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants in 2023 and was crowned the Best Restaurant in the 2023 Forth Awards and was a winner of a 2022 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award.
