About

Andrea – Italian Tour Guide in Edinburgh & Scotland

Edinburgh is a city of stone, wind and layered stories. To truly understand it, you need more than monuments: you need someone who can show you the city as if it were home.

I’m Andrea, an Italian tour guide based in Edinburgh. My tours are designed for travellers who want to experience the city with curiosity, depth and a slower pace.

Walking tours:

"Benvenuto ad Edimburgo" is a private 3-hour walk through Old Town and New Town; stories, curiosities and daily life, never in mixed groups.

"Il Fiume del Tempo" explores Dean Village and Stockbridge, offering a quieter, more reflective side of the city.

Car tours:

A Day as a Scot (full day) let you go beyond the city, exploring Scotland. These tours are flexible, personal, and focused on local encounters as much as on the places themselves.

Tailor-made itineraries:

From A Chat in Scotland (consultation only) to Scotland without Worries (consultation + written itinerary + booking support), I help you design a journey that truly feels like yours.

What makes my approach different?

Experiences are always private and personal.

The pace is slow and inclusive, leaving space for conversation and discovery.

The perspective is authentic, bringing together Italian curiosity and Scottish tradition.

My guests are Italians (over 4,000 followers in my community), and my tours are open to anyone looking for a more intimate way of discovering Edinburgh and Scotland.

If you want to experience Edinburgh not by rushing from attraction to attraction, but by walking slowly, listening to its stories and meeting its people, I’d be delighted to guide you.

Welcome to Edinburgh, in our own way.
