Now permanently berthed in Leith, Queen Elizabeth II’s former floating palace will be transformed into a winter wonderland of regal elegance and festive charm.

Your experience begins with a red carpet arrival, where twinkling lights set the tone for a truly enchanting visit. You’ll be welcomed aboard via the Royal Brow, once reserved for Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family. Led by your expert guide, you’ll explore the ship’s most treasured spaces – from the Admiral’s Cabin to the beautifully decorated State Apartments, famously featured in the Netflix series, The Crown. Marvel at the State Dining Room, where Queen Elizabeth II hosted glittering receptions for royalty, dignitaries, and celebrities from around the world.

To conclude your tour, enjoy refreshments on the Royal Deck during a morning visit, or raise a glass of Champagne during an evening tour. As a keepsake of your Royal Christmas adventure, you’ll receive a copy of the official Britannia Guidebook and a Christmas pudding (made on board in the Royal Galley where the Royal Family used to take part in the time honoured tradition of stirring the pudding) to take home.

Private Festive Tours of Britannia are available between 18 November and 23 December 2025 and must be pre-booked.
