The busiest airport in Scotland, Edinburgh Airport is located around 8 miles to the west of the city centre. It welcomes millions of passengers each year for business and leisure from all over the world and is a key transport hub for the popular festivals that roll out across the City throughout the year. The airport can be easily accessed by tram, airport bus, taxi and car with both long and short term parking on offer.
There is a range of retail outlets once in the departure lounge offering both Scottish and standard retail products along with some luxury goods stores. Various bars and restaurants are on offer and there are numerous priority lounges available to those with memberships or who would like to pay on the day.
The airport is supported by a number of hotels a stone's throw from the terminal.
