Located on George Street just moments from Princes Street, Fogo de Chão Edinburgh, formerly Fazenda, is a Brazilian Steakhouse in Edinburgh city centre bringing the Culinary Art of Churrasco, served the rodizio way, to the heart of Scotland’s capital. Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, the globally renowned Fogo de Chão brand is recognised for its authentic churrasco experience, combining expertly grilled meats, continuous tableside service and warm Brazilian hospitality.
Guests can enjoy succulent cuts of prime beef and premium meats, expertly butchered, seasoned and grilled before being carved tableside by skilled gaúcho chefs. Complementing the experience, the vibrant Market Table features seasonal salads, fresh vegetables and Brazilian-inspired dishes, designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
Set within a refined contemporary space in Edinburgh city centre, the restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere suited to business lunches, celebrations, evening dining and group occasions. Reflecting the character of the capital and the spirit of South American hospitality, Fogo de Chão Edinburgh combines premium dining with a warm, sociable experience.
The restaurant also features an intimate Private Dining Room for up to 10 guests, and the restaurant is perfectly suited to corporate occasions, celebrations and exclusive hire.
Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour from 3–7pm daily in both Bar Fogo and the restaurant, featuring a selection of Brazilian-inspired small plates and dishes from the Bar Food Menu, including the Wagyu Picanha Burger.
