I.J. Mellis Cheesemongers have now been trading for over 30 years, bringing together producers and consumers for mutual benefit. By working closely with small scale cheesemakers, founder Iain Mellis committed to purchasing cheeses young, in order to mature and release them when they became ready, creating a bridge between the maker and consumer.
