Climb North Berwick Law to be rewarded with 360-degree views of the coastline and surrounding countryside.

Rising to 187-meter (614 feet) this volcanic hill towers over the coastal town of North Berwick in East Lothian. Known locally as Berwick Law or simply, The Law, it takes its name from the old Scottish word law, meaning a pointed or cone-shaped hill.

At the top can be seen the relics of a World War II lookout post, and a replica of a whale's jawbone, which replace those that have been here since 1709.

A marked path leads up to and back from the top of the hill.
