A vibrant community-led environmental charity and social enterprise based at Leith Community Croft, beside Leith Links, run by Earth in Common.

Visitors can enjoy the welcoming urban croft community, Populus café, farm shop and beer garden, as well as a changing programme of live music, workshops, talks and creative events. Every Sunday, Market on the Croft brings a small selection of independent traders selling food, drink, crafts, gifts and environmentally friendly products, often accompanied by live music and family-friendly activities.

This urban croft is also a place to learn and get involved. Earth in Common runs environmental and creative workshops, provides outdoor play space for children and volunteering opportunities across its community-growing sites.

Its distinctive indoor and outdoor spaces are available to hire as a venue for meetings, workshops, corporate away days, parties, celebrations and community events.

Every visit, purchase, event booking and venue hire helps Earth in Common make healthy food, nature and community activities more accessible while supporting a fairer and more sustainable food system.
