AIRPORT TRANSFERS — EDINBURGH AND GLASGOW

RTransfer provides private journeys to and from Edinburgh Airport and Glasgow Airport, with onward transfers to destinations throughout Scotland. A pre-booked transfer gives passengers an agreed collection, a vehicle reserved for their party and a direct journey to their destination. Airport transfer fares are quoted before booking and are fixed, giving customers clarity over the price in advance. The agreed fare does not increase because a flight is delayed, airport pricing is not subject to surge pricing, and there is no additional meet-and-greet fee for the airport collection service.

Flights are monitored to help coordinate the driver's arrival with the passenger's flight. At Edinburgh Airport, the driver meets guests inside the arrivals hall with a name board, providing a clear meeting point after landing, and then accompanies them to the vehicle. RTransfer provides up to 60 minutes of waiting time free when a flight is delayed, in line with the stated service terms. Our door-to-door approach is designed to make the journey convenient, whether the destination is a hotel, home, business address or another agreed location. Airport transfers can be arranged for business or leisure travel, including journeys to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Perth, Dundee and other destinations across Scotland.

LONG-DISTANCE AND INTERCITY TRANSFERS

RTransfer undertakes private long-distance journeys throughout Scotland, including travel between cities, towns, airports, hotels, accommodation, visitor attractions and other agreed destinations. One-way and return journeys can be discussed, as can transfers forming part of a wider visit. Our service area includes Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Perth, Dundee and surrounding areas.

PRIVATE TOURS AND BESPOKE SCOTTISH ITINERARIES

RTransfer offers private day tours from Edinburgh for visitors who want to explore Scotland in a private vehicle and at a pace that suits their plans. Guests can discuss the places they would like to visit and shape an itinerary around their interests, available time and preferred stops. Tours operate in one vehicle for groups of up to eight people, subject to the vehicle selected.

Popular destinations include Outlander filming locations such as Doune Castle, Culross, Falkland and Blackness. Other day-trip ideas include Glencoe, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel, Stirling, and villages along the Fife coast. These places offer a varied introduction to Scotland, from historic sites and picturesque villages to dramatic landscapes and notable landmarks.

A private itinerary can focus on one region or combine several stops, depending on the time available and the group's preferences. Guests can outline their priorities in advance so that the route reflects what they want to see. Our local knowledge helps inform the journey and supports a practical, well-organised day out. Private tours are suitable for couples, families, friends and small groups seeking a personal way to discover Scotland.

ST ANDREWS AND GOLF TRANSPORT

RTransfer provides private transfers to St Andrews and golf transport for visitors travelling to Scotland for a golf break, a scheduled round or a wider itinerary. A pre-arranged journey can provide a direct connection from Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh or another agreed collection point. Golf transport can be arranged for individuals and groups, subject to passenger capacity and vehicle suitability. Customers should advise us of passenger numbers, luggage and golf equipment requirements when requesting a quotation so that an appropriate vehicle can be considered.

CORPORATE, EXECUTIVE AND PRIVATE-HIRE TRAVEL

RTransfer provides private transport for organisations, professionals and business travellers. Journeys may include airport collections, travel between offices or meeting venues, intercity transfers and transport connected with conferences, appointments or business events. We aim to make each booking straightforward by agreeing journey details in advance and considering a suitable vehicle for the passenger or group. Executive cars and other options are available within the fleet.

Our service can also support companies arranging transport for visiting colleagues, clients or guests between airports, accommodation and business locations. In addition, RTransfer provides private-hire transport for personal travel and pre-arranged occasions, including weddings, events, days out and other journeys when passengers prefer a private vehicle. Arrangements can be discussed around the itinerary, collection points, destination, schedule and number of passengers.

VEHICLES AND PASSENGER OPTIONS:

RTransfer's fleet includes saloon cars, executive cars, MPVs, eight-seat vans and a sixteen-seat minibus. This range supports different bookings, from individual airport transfers and executive travel to family journeys and group transport. The appropriate vehicle depends on passenger numbers, luggage, route and journey type. Customers should provide accurate details when requesting a quotation so that a suitable option can be considered.

Private tours are arranged in one vehicle for groups of up to eight people. Larger transport requirements can be discussed in relation to the wider fleet, including the sixteen-seat minibus. Wheelchair-accessible and electric vehicle options are also available. Passengers who need an accessible vehicle, or who prefer an electric option, should mention this when enquiring so that suitability and availability can be discussed before confirmation.

All drivers are licensed and vetted. We recognise that passengers place trust in the person responsible for their journey, and driver professionalism is an essential part of the service. Our aim is to combine suitable vehicles with knowledgeable, courteous and responsible driving.
