Ever mindful of the need to shop local and live sustainably, the quality products we sell are made from pure wool, cashmere and alpaca. From tartan to Harris Tweed®, Scotland's textiles are in a class of their own and have gained a world wide reputation for excellence. Working directly with our suppliers here in Scotland we stock hand made Harris Tweed® coats for ladies and gentlemen, scarves, hats and knitted accessories. We have a wide range of beautiful blankets in cashmere, alpaca and wool. For the knitters we have knitting wool in undyed and dyed colourways with accompanying patterns to inspire you.
Nestled by Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile amongst a small community of artisan shops, the Scottish Textiles Showcase has gained a reputation as a treasure trove of quality textiles made by leading Scottish wool mills and independent artisans. Our mission is to celebrate the Made in Scotland story with you, our customer, and our knowledgeable staff are always happy to advise on the provenance of the many beautiful products on our shelves.
