We’re Summerhall Distillery, the independent home of Pickering’s Gin. Tucked away inside the old Vet School by the Meadows. Surrounded by artists, makers, and local businesses, we’re proud to keep the spirit of Edinburgh alive, one small batch at a time.
Join us for our Gin Jolly: a fun, behind-the-scenes tour where you’ll see how we handcraft our award-winning gin right here in the city. You’ll hear a few stories, share a few laughs, and of course, enjoy a good few tasters along the way.
Looking to get hands-on? Our Evening Cocktail Sessions run all year round, where you’ll learn how to shake, stir, and sip your way through a few of our favourite Pickering’s serves.
At the weekend, don’t miss our Cocktail & Cheese Brunch: a laid-back session pairing creative cocktails with local cheeses and good company.
