The still room is found in the heart of Summerhall nestled in the old dog kennels of the Old Royal Dick Vet School. Since becoming Edinburgh’s first exclusive gin distillery for over 150 years, their small and quirky distillery has evolved to produce and bottle gin, vodka, and whisky.
Summerhall Distillery offers a variety of experiences & tours, including their award-winning Pickering's Gin Jolly Tour, the Peacocktail Gin History Tour, Cocktail and Cheese Pairing Masterclass, The Smuggler's Den Whisky Experience, & their hidden Speakeasy Experience.
