Get set this summer for Game On, the world’s largest interactive exhibition about the history and culture of video games.

Featuring iconic characters and games ranging from Space Invaders to Sonic the Hedgehog and Mario to Minecraft, visitors will be able to explore gaming’s rich history by playing many of the key games produced over the last 50 years. Game On is an exhibition curated and organised by the Barbican Centre.

Explore the creative and technological advances that have revolutionised the games we play, the wider cultural impact of the industry, and Scotland’s own vibrant gaming sector.

Exclusively for residents with an EH postcode, we are offering 10 pairs of tickets to Game On for Friday 28 June 2024.

One lucky winner will also win one year’s Family Membership for the National Museum of Scotland. Amongst the benefits which membership offers include unlimited free entry to all exhibitions at the National Museum of Scotland, invitations to exclusive Member Previews for selected exhibitions, free or discounted entry to family events and 20% discount in the cafes.
