The Brasserie at The Scholar Resident Rate

A culinary destination in Edinburgh’s Southside, The Brasserie at The Scholar is set in the private grounds of Pollock Estate.

Under the culinary expertise of Head Chef, Ed Fortune, they take pride in offering a diverse and delectable menu that caters to all tastes. Whether you’re seeking traditional favourites or exploring more adventurous flavours, their restaurant provides a dining experience that combines familiarity with culinary innovation.

Their commitment to quality extends to their partnership with local Scottish suppliers, ensuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

The Brasserie is a part of The University of Edinburgh Hospitality and Events Collection – the surplus made from all bookings is always reinvested in The University of Edinburgh.
