Two for the price of one on Edinburgh Marine Academy’s Three Bridges Blast.

This month, take to the water and experience a new perspective of Edinburgh’s coastline.

Join Edinburgh Marine Academy for an unforgettable and exhilarating trip in one of their state of the art powerboats and immerse yourself in the spectacular views of the three Firth of Forth Bridges, South Queensferry and Edinburgh. 

You will also have the opportunity to view and photograph some of the diverse wildlife that make its home in the Firth of Forth, including seals, dolphins, puffins, fulmars, gannets, and occasionally whales, as well as seeing the naval dockyard of Rosyth which services and maintains the aircraft carriers.

Throughout June 2025, residents with an EH postcode can enjoy two for the price of one on their Three Bridges Blast, an hour long powerboat experience on the Firth of Forth.

Edinburgh Marine Academy are located at Port Edgar Marina in South Queensferry. ScotRail run a regular train service from Edinburgh Waverly to Dalmeny Station, which takes approximately 20 minutes. It is then a 15 minute walk into South Queensferry. If travelling by bus, Lothian Country Buses service 43 runs regularly the east end of Edinburgh’s Princes Street.

Terms and conditions

  • This reward is only valid for residents with an EH postcode. Contact and address details will be required on arrival (photo ID or utility bill with an EH postcode).

  • Bookings should be made (either online or by telephone) during the month of June 2025. The experience should then be redeemed by 01 September 2025.
  • Discount applies to 1 hour powerboat experience only, available on our scheduled trips. Any other experiences will be charged at the full price.
  • Edinburgh Marine Academy reserve the right to cancel due to poor weather, or if the trip does not meet minimum numbers.  
  • Anyone with health conditions that could affect their ability to participate should contact Edinburgh Marine Academy to discuss in advance of booking.
  • All participants must complete an activity consent form at least 48 hours prior to joining the experience.
  • The maximum number of tickets permitted is 12 per booking.
  • The minimum permitted age is 5 years old. For younger children contact Edinburgh Marine Academy for advice. Any child under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Please make sure that you arrive at Port Edgar Marina at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
  • All required equipment (lifejackets, waterproof clothes) is provided, but participants are advised to wrap up warm as it can be cooler on the water than on land.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Advance booking is required.
