Discover an urban distillery in the heart of Edinburgh.

Holyrood Distillery is situated in the city’s Southside district – sitting alongside the magnificent Salisbury Crags, and a short walk from the historic Old Town. Taking inspiration from their surroundings and Edinburgh’s brewing and distilling heritage, they produce single malt whisky as well as an award-winning range of gin.

Exclusively for residents with an EH postcode, throughout March, there’s the chance to discover more, and save, with 30% off the Holyrood Distillery Tour.

The perfect introduction to the Holyrood Distillery story, guests will receive a fully guided tour of the gin and whisky production areas, and enjoy 3 tastings during the tour. This includes a welcome cocktail, a sample of gin and a sample of whisky. Plus, treat a friend with 20% discount on gift vouchers.

The distillery has lift access to all tour areas. Seating is provided throughout the tour route; there is also an on-site wheelchair available for anyone requiring it during their visit. The service counter in the Visitor Centre shop (check-in desk) is an accessible height for wheelchair users. Fully accessible washroom facilities are available. Written translation of the tours are available in French, Spanish, Italian, German and Mandarin.

Terms and conditions

• This reward is only valid for residents with an EH postcode. Contact and address details will be required when booking and on arrival (photo ID or utility bill with an EH postcode).
• Bookings for the Holyrood Distillery Tour should be made on Holyrood Distillery’s website using code LEGENDOFTHEMONTH30 in the promo/discount code box.
• Gift vouchers can be purchased on Holyrood Distillery’s website using code LEGENDOFTHEMONTH20 in the promo/discount code box.
• This reward and associated promo codes are valid on tours taking place from 01 to 31 March 2026.
• This promotion is valid to redeem against the Holyrood Distillery Tour only. The code cannot be redeemed against any other experiences.
• The promotion is valid to use against all available tour times, with the exception of 4pm.
• To redeem the discount, tickets must be pre-booked via Holyrood Distillery’s website.
• The promotion is valid against the following ticket types: Adult, Child, Extra Tasting Flight Ticket, and Single Cask Ticket. Children aged 8 to 17 years are welcome to join the tour, however anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be 18+ years to consume alcohol.
• The promotion is not valid against any Concession rates or EH Resident rate.
• 24 hours notice is required to refund any cancelled tickets. Any tickets cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded.
• If you need to rebook your tour tickets for an alternative date, this must be rebooked for a date within the month of March 2026. Any tickets rebooked for a date from 01 April 2026 will be charged at the regular price.
• The gift voucher promo code is valid to redeem against gift cards of any value, purchased via the Holyrood Distillery website.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against tours and experiences, which are booked online. They are not valid to redeem in the shop, bar, or webshop.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance booking is required.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes.
