In May 2024 the Council opened two Edinburgh 900 funds to support Edinburgh organisations and communities to deliver activities and events to celebrate this significant anniversary. We’re delighted to announce that we awarded funding to the following groups and organisations.

With a history spanning 10 centuries, Edinburgh 900 brings the city’s stories to life through 10 themes. Each month, we shine a light on one of these themes through a Q&A session with an expert within that field, gaining valuable insight from their knowledge.
