This November, one of Scotland’s most celebrated chefs returns to his nautical roots aboard Scotland’s luxury floating hotel. A former navigating officer in the Merchant Navy, Nick Nairn and his talented team will host an evening of exceptional food, storytelling and warm hospitality.
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz, or alcohol-free alternative, before enjoying Chef’s snacks and a specially curated four-course menu featuring some of Nick’s favourite dishes. Highlights include half Scottish lobster with smoked citrus and herb butter, Highland venison loin and haggis, and a classic apple tarte Tatin.
Fingal is located on the Shore at Leith. Lothian Buses 16 service travels from the city area to the area on a regular basis, or travel with Edinburgh Trams, alighting at the Port of Leith stop.
