Away from the hectic buzz of the city centre, in the quiet surroundings of the historic Union Canal, a team of qualified, friendly instructors will help visitors get on the water and have a mini-expedition.

No experience is required. This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone who has paddled before and wants to get back into watersport activities.

Sessions are at 11.00am and 13.30pm and last for 90 minutes where you will be on the water for approximately one hour.

It is strongly recommended to have a change of clothes and shoes, just in case! Everything else is provided, just wear clothes you can get a little wet in.

Kids 8-15 years of age may attend if accompanied by an adult.

Forth Canoe Club is a registered charity. All profit from ticket sales is invested back into the club: supporting outreach work, helping to pay for people in financial difficulty to enjoy paddle sport and going towards the Access Project to build a new boathouse, accessible for people of all abilities.
