The full experience can last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours in total.
Disabled toilets are available onboard. Unfortunately due to the historic nature of the coaches, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. However, if passengers can climb a step and walk the short distance to their seat, staff will be able to assist with boarding. Wheelchairs will be transferred to the arrival station.
All tickets should be pre-booked online. It is not possible to buy tickets at the station.
