Speck di prosciutto, cantaloupe melon, La Marina EVOO

Thinly sliced char-grilled steak, rocket, Amalfi lemon, shaved 24 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP

Homemade Contini Kitchen Garden pumpkin gnocchi, Gorgonzola Dolce DOP, sage, toasted walnuts

Homemade linguine, Shetland steamed mussels, Datterini tomatoes, garlic, parsley, chilli

Course 3:
70% dark chocolate mousse, sour cherry compote

Madagascan vanilla panna cotta, poached Contini Kitchen Garden plums
