If you’re in the city for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe or The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Amber Restaurant at The Scotch Whisky Experience is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal in the heart of our festival city – and the Pre-Tattoo Dinner Menu showcases the best of Scotland’s larder.

Choose from starters such as braised leek, shallot and Isle of Mull cheddar tart, or smoked salmon roulade with citrus dressing and herb toast, followed by a main of baked sea trout fillet, or braised beef and mushroom casserole. For dessert, indulge your sweet tooth with treats such as strawberry and Magnum cream liqueur slice with shortbread, or sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
