Located within the Scotch Whisky Experience at the top of Edinburgh’s famous Royal Mile, Amber’s chefs have been creating delicious dishes served with innovative flair and garnering awards and stellar reviews for 25 years.

The Taste of Scotland Anniversary Menu features some dishes which were on the menu when they first launched. Dessert includes bread and butter pudding with whisky marmalade ice cream, a dish which was devised for a special whisky event incorporating a very particular and special secret dram. It quickly became and Amber classic.
