Servants Themed Tour at Lauriston Castle – Resident Preview

Set among beautiful gardens and with stunning views across the Firth of Forth, Lauriston Castle offers a peaceful retreat from busy modern life.

Step inside this 16th century tower house with its Victorian extensions and early 20th century interiors, and you’ll see it just as it was in 1926, when it was left to the nation by the last private owner, Mrs Reid.

If you’ve ever wondered how a house like Lauriston Castle operated, the new Servants Themed Tour pulls back the curtain to reveal its secrets. Come and find out who kept the house running. Look into rooms not usually seen on Highlights Tours and learn about some of the incredible servants who made Lauriston their home.

To celebrate this new tour, we’ve got 3 pairs of tickets for the first tour on Saturday 06 June 2026, exclusively for residents with an EH postcode.

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to the Servants Themed Tour at 3pm on Saturday 06 June 2026, enter here.
