Select from starters such as tempura prawns, citrus mayo, and sesame seeds; tomato, watermelon and plant-based cheese; or tricolore salad and plant-based cream. Main courses include a chopped chicken and avocado salad, bacon, beetroot, mango, cucumber, tomato, gem, with herb vinaigrette; chargrilled tuna, avocado and tomato; or halloumi, pea, broccoli, spiced herb yoghurt, and super seeds. Those with a sweet tooth can finish the celebrations with a strawberry savarin with Chantilly cream, or vanilla ice cream, with whipped honey and coffee.

Flight Club, the lively cocktail and Social Darts bar, is inviting all of Edinburgh’s graduating students to bring their family, friends, and course mates for the ultimate celebration.

Any guest with a valid student ID or graduation certificate can raise a toast to the celebrations with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for the group when they book a game of Social Darts.
