Easter in Edinburgh is the perfect time to gather together friends and family, enjoy a relaxed meal and make the most of the school holidays.

Duck & Waffle
Get the day off to a great start with a free kids’ breakfast at Duck & Waffle in St James Quarter.
When an adult breakfast is purchased, one child can enjoy delights such as fruit salad, eggs with toast, pancakes with berries and cream, or caramelised banana waffles from the kid’s breakfast menu.
The restaurant is on the centre’s fourth floor, with lift access.
Available Monday to Sunday, 9am to 11am, from 06 to 17 April 2026. For children 12 years and under.
McLarens on the Corner
Family-friendly and dog-friendly McLarens on the Corner in Morningside is offering one free child’s main course for children aged up to 10, when accompanied by one adult dining from the main menu.
Popular kid’s dishes this Easter include fish and chips, bangers and mash, mac and cheese, and cheeseburger and chips.
This popular neighbourhood restaurant, bar and garden has accessible ground floor and first floor spaces and accessible bathrooms.
Offer valid Monday to Friday until 8.45pm, 07 to 21 April 2026. All children must dine from the children’s menu. Advance booking required.
Cold Town House
Head to Cold Town House in the Grassmarket and a maximum of two children (aged up to 10 years) per booking can enjoy a free dish from the children’s menu.
Menu highlights include mini pizzas with a choice of toppings, pasta and tomato sugo, battered haddock and fries, chicken nuggets and fries, and cheeseburger and fries.
Cold Town House has disabled access next to the main entrance of the venue. There is lift access to all three floors (The Brewhouse, Pizza & Prosecco Bar and the rooftop terrace). A disabled toilet is on the ground floor.
Valid Sunday to Thursday until 9pm, 03 to 20 April 2026, when accompanied by one adult dining from the main menu. Advance booking required.
Bread Street Kitchen Edinburgh
Centrally located on St Andrew Square, Bread Street Kitchen Edinburgh’s weekday offer of one complementary main course per child, for every adult ordering 2 courses from the à la carte menu (one course to be a main course), is ideal for family get togethers.
Suitable for visitors with limited mobility, the restaurant has an accessible toilet on the first floor, accessed via a lift.
Available on weekdays only, excluding selected key dates, for children aged 10 and under.
Bella Italia
Creamy pasta and delectable pizzas await at Bella Italia Edinburgh Hanover.
Ideal for wee tummies, little ones can enjoy three courses and a drink for free with the purchase of an adult main.

BrewDog
At BrewDog’s Doghouse Edinburgh and Lothian Road branches this Easter, kids aged 13 years or under get one free kids’ meal with a purchase of an adult’s main meal.
