The Bluebird Café in Canonmills offers Tennessee inspired dining with locally sourced Scottish produce.

Their delicious Tennessee Buttermilk Pancakes are a must try. With a variety of toppings, including maple, maple and bacon, blueberry and fruit, bacon and poached eggs or BBQ pork fried egg pancakes, deciding can be tricky.

Stack and Still

With a name like Stack and Still, this large restaurant on Rose Street in the city centre, specialises in, yes you guessed it – pancakes!
