Forever Edinburgh Website – Business Listing 

We’re building a brand new destination promotions website for Edinburgh.

As Edinburgh’s primary destination website, Forever Edinburgh receives millions of global annual users and has become a powerful platform for supporting tourism businesses reach a new audience.

To reduce duplication, new content including seasonal blogs, visitor guides, itineraries, listicles, and other long form content will link to business listings within the website. If you would like to feature in future Forever Edinburgh content, please create your free business listing.

How to create a listing:

Please go to the Signup page where you will be asked to list your business name, the email address of the person creating and managing your listing and your post code (so we can geo-tag your businesses for map functionality).

All suitable tourism businesses will receive log-in details to an online portal with fields to complete. Please keep your unique link which is required to complete and edit your listing on the website, now and in the future.

The Story Never Ends: Campaign Update

After launching in May 2021, Edinburgh’s The Story Never Ends campaign has entered its fourth and final phase in October 2022. Here is a quick overview on the campaign’s success to date.

To date, the campaign has delivered incredible results with nearly all channels delivering above market average. The Story Never Ends microsite has inspired 500k visitors with bespoke blogs generating 42.3k business referrals - hundreds of thousands more across the website. Campaign videos were viewed 2.7million times with 462k complete views.

Resident Rewards Edinburgh, which launched December ’21, has also been a success with the Resident Rewards website welcoming 121k visitors and generating 12k business referrals.

As we enter the final phase this winter, we patiently wait to hear if the campaign will win the two CIPR Awards that it has been nominated for. Stay tuned for an update.  

The final phase will focus on Dark Edinburgh, Entertaining Edinburgh - Winter Sparkles, New to Edinburgh in 2023, and Evenings in Edinburgh as well as top performing summer themes including Neighbourhoods and Fame and Fortune.

Ensure you're listed on the VisitScotland website to give your business some valuable exposure. It's free, generates referrals and bookings.
