Taking place in Scotland’s oldest purpose-built concert hall, St Cecilia’s Hall will be hosting a musical evening showcasing the diversity women bring to the music scene.
Held on International Women’s Day (08 March 2024) it will feature women from different music genres and backgrounds. There will be performances from Maimouna Ly: Shamanic Songs and Mally Smith: Folk and Folk Inspired.
The venue is fully accessible with lift access to the Concert Hall on the first floor. Accessible toilets are available on the first floor. This event will have a dedicated quiet space in the Laigh Hall away from the sensory stimuli of the concert with water, dimmed lighting and comfortable, quiet places to sit down.
Tickets for A Celebration of Women in Music are available now and should be booked online.
