Take a step back in time to the 70s and try your hand at creating some of the dishes commonly seen on the table of the classic dinner party.
Hosted by the International Ghost Society at New Town Cookery School, guests will also explore why dinner parties in the 1970s looked and tasted the way they did. Once your dishes are ready, enjoy tasting your creations – you may be surprised by how palatable some of them can be!
All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Guests will also enjoy a classic 70s drink while learning more about the history of the era.
Creations prepared in the class will be available to take home afterwards.
