Escape2Porty will make its debut on 18 August 2026 at Portobello Town Hall. Running from 5pm to 11pm, the one-day mini music festival celebrates Edinburgh’s grassroots music scene and supports independent artists and local venues.
Set in the iconic Portobello Town Hall, and just a short journey from Edinburgh city centre, the festival invites audiences to slow down by the seaside and enjoy a carefully curated programme of live music spanning acoustic performances through to full-band sets.
The debut line-up features Venus as a Boy, Big Sister Shaz, Mark McColl, Queen Vee, Jack Brodie and the Lost Boys of Niddry St, and The World Before.
