An emerging Scottish artist of the late 1940’s, William T Ord’s career spanned over 60 years through to his final works and exhibitions in the early 2000’s. His work featured the Scottish seascapes, cityscapes, landscapes and people he encountered in oil, watercolour, charcoal and print media.
Running from 13 February to 08 March 2026, visitors to Exhibition: Retrospective Eras will be able to see a rich tapestry of city, rural scenery and working life in Aberdeen, Stornoway, Island of Lewis and latterly, the Mearns village of Muchalls.
The exhibition is free and non-ticketed.
