Set in the beautiful surroundings of Dalkeith Palace within Dalkeith Country Park, this year’s Inception Art Show sees the exhibition’s largest arts programme yet with an inspiring selection of events across 10 days.
Not only will visitors be able to meet and buy direct from the many artists in attendance, but this year’s programme also features artist-led workshops and tours of Dalkeith Palace. There is also the opportunity to enjoy an Art & Supper Event with selected artists from this year’s event and Scotland’s most influential contemporary art supporter, Richard Demarco CBE.
Another addition for 2023 is an online charity auction in aid of Make 2nds Count. Art lovers will have the opportunity to bid for works by many of the Inception artists, all for a worthy cause.

Dalkeith Country Park is around 30 minutes commute from the centre of Edinburgh. Lothian Buses 3, 33 or 49 run a regular service to Dalkeith High Street. It is then a 5-10 minute walk to the park.
