One of Scotland’s most popular folk bands, North Sea Gas comprises Dave Gilfillan, Grant Simpson and Ronnie MacDonald. Since their foundation in the 1980s, they have released 22 albums and continue to sell out shows across the world.
With fantastic vocal harmonies and incredible instrumentals (including guitars, fiddle, bouzouki, mandolin and bodhrán) the trio are renowned for their exceptional musicality and storytelling.
On the evening of 22 August 2026, they will be performing at the city’s Corstorphine Astoria Centre. Tickets, priced at £18.00 per person include refreshments, and can be purchased on North Sea Gas in Concert.
