An afternoon concert with three opera singers, Offbeat Opera Concert welcomes both avid opera lovers and newcomers to enjoy the music of opera.
The hour long programme features solos and duets from the funny to the grand, such as The Merry Widow, Puccini’s La Boheme, Verdi’s Rigoletto, and Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera. Come along to laugh, listen and leap off the beaten track.
Directed by Michael Scott, the concert features sopranos Jolanta Kudra and Corina Ignat, tenor Vladimir Sima and pianist Robert Duncan.
