Paul Gunning is an award-winning Edinburgh-based chef and restaurateur. With more than 25 years of experience in professional kitchens, he has built a reputation for creating refined, seasonal Scottish cuisine that showcases the finest local produce and seafood. He will be joining Fingal’s chef, Pedro Barriera, for an evening of world-class gastronomy.

With only 10 seats available, this is a rare chance to step aboard one of Scotland’s most iconic floating destinations and experience a night of history, heritage, and haute cuisine.

Diners will be able to experience a menu that reflects the finest seasonal Scottish produce, thoughtfully crafted with modern technique, global influences, and a deep respect for local heritage.

Permanently berthed at the shore in Leith, Fingal is a 5-star floating hotel. If travelling to the venue by public transport, Lothian Buses 16 service can be taken from the city centre, alighting at the Shore. Fingal is then a 5 minute walk away along the end of the Water of Leith, towards the Victoria Swing Bridge.
