Running from 15 to 24 August 2025 in the heart of the city, St James Quarter Sessions will offer a range of diverse performances from a whole host of incredible musical talent.

Over 60 diverse artists will be performing across the impressive, canopied development, including the Level 6 rooftop, with panoramic views of Scotland’s capital and castle – providing one of the most unique festival stages in the UK.

Offering visitors everything from indie rock and alt-pop to jazz fusion and hip hop, visitors will be entertained from artists including 90s icons The Brand New Heavies, Glasgow rapper Bemz, Grassroots music champions Wide Days, acclaimed Highlands singer songwriter Tamzene, soulful singer James Emmanuel and Scottish duo The Laurettes.

Elsewhere on the bill will be Dara Dubh, Beth Miller, Ant Thomaz, Indoor Foxes, Dictator, Justine Beverley and more home‑grown talent taking over stages throughout St James Quarter.

The Castle View Stage on Level 6 is an open-air rooftop venue, so please dress according to the weather. All level 6 shows require a £5.00 reservation fee per ticket.
