Gorgie & Dalry

23rd October - 24th October
£13.50 to £16.50 per person. Family tickets also available.

An amateur community dance company of diverse, enthusiastic adult dancers from all over the world, Edinburgh Ballet Theatre bring the story of Coppélia to life this October at Edinburgh’s St Bride’s Centre.

This charming story focuses on renowned inventor and toymaker Dr Coppelius whose most prized invention is a doll named Coppélia, who is so realistic that many believe that she is a real girl. After a young village girl dances for Coppélia, the fun begins!

Performances take place on 23 and 24 October 2026, with a relaxed matinee show on Saturday 24 October.

St Brides Centre, which is in Dalry, is close to Haymarket Train Station. The hall has 2 access steps with a rail on entry to the building, and a ramp can be requested on arrival. The theatre has 13 step free seats. The remaining seats are up steps which are shallow and have a rail. There is also a ramp to the bar area and wheelchair accessible toilets. Please note parking is limited around the area.

Full details and ticket information can be found on Coppélia.
