Crafternoons


Enjoy an afternoon of free family craft activities at The Scottish Parliament.

Running on selected Saturdays, from 11am to 4pm in the main hall of the Scottish Parliament, Crafternoons offers the chance for young artists to unleash their creative side.

Offering a range of activities for all ages, these free drop-in sessions vary from 15 to 45 minutes, based on the activity.

Upcoming sessions include:

  • Saturday 05 April 2025: Leaf prints
  • Saturday 12 April 2025: Decision makers
  • Saturday 19 April 2025: Sun catchers

There will also be extended Crafternoon sessions during the Easter holidays.

The Scottish Parliament is located at the foot of the Royal Mile, opposite the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Lothian Buses service 35 stops outside the building.
